Who we are
Sunshine Home Match is a brand of Kologboh LLC, 12220 Atlantic Blvd, Ste 130 #1314, Jacksonville, FL 32225. We are a free matching service that connects Florida homeowners with independent, licensed home-service contractors. We do not perform HVAC, remodeling, plumbing or roofing work, and we are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.
For homeowners
- Our service is free for homeowners. Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire anyone.
- We share your request with one contractor from our partner list. Prices, scheduling, warranties and the quality of work are between you and that contractor.
- We check that partners hold a Florida license, but we do not guarantee any contractor's work. Please check reviews and get a written estimate before hiring.
For contractor partners
- Partners must hold an active Florida license for the work they accept and keep it active while receiving leads.
- Leads are paid per lead from a prepaid balance at the price agreed with us. There is no long-term contract; you can pause or stop at any time.
- Leads with a wrong number, a duplicate, an out-of-area address, a renter, or a person who says they never made a request can be reported for credit within 72 hours of delivery.
- Partners must contact homeowners only about the request they submitted and must honor any request to stop calling or texting.
Text messaging terms (SMS)
Program: Sunshine Home Match Alerts.
- Homeowners who submit a request receive a one-time verification code by text. If they agree on our form, the matched contractor may also call or text them about their request.
- Contractor partners who opt in on our partner sign-up form receive new lead alerts and account and billing notifications (for example, low balance or payment reminders).
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To start again, reply START.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of becoming a partner.
- We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
